After 30 years working alongside businesses across sectors, founder Jenn saw a gaping hole in the marketplace – no intimate yet accessible mastermind groups that distilled true peer-to-peer strategy exchange down to its most effective essence.
She witnessed well-intentioned networking events derailed by varying commitment levels and mismatched experience. Equally, she participated in exclusive year-long masterminds costing upwards of $50k that demanded immense investment for a minimal return.
Jenn envisioned pioneering a middle way – bite-sized business breakthrough sessions united by the goal of real revenue growth in real time.
So she manifested the SMART Collective – gathering proven leaders across industries willing to workshop what’s actually driving results now for those actively in the arena.

Meet Our Founder
With nearly 30 years of experience boosting local to global companies, Jenn understands firsthand the trial and error required to build effective marketing systems from scratch, or to optimize and scale what’s already in the works.
Her passion? Distilling lessons learned into frameworks helping committed business owners and entrepreneurs transition from operators to executives through strategic revenue growth models.
When not working alongside members or geeking out over funnels, Jenn enjoys muscle cars, bread making and outdoor adventures.
